So What Do You Think? {and a GIVEAWAY}

Well, my dear blog friends, I need your help.
If you have been following this blog the last couple of months, you will remember this post.
I guess I am going to have to say it eventually, so here goes: “Amy, EAT YOUR WORDS”. Ugh.
You see, right after that post, my mom in law and I pulled out Mumsy’s sewing machine to make Jake’s awesome knight costume {see it here}. About 2 mins into it, the machine made a loud POP and then pieces when flying, literally. The poor thing died. So I picked up the pieces put them in a baggie and rushed it to the Singer store, which sells Pfaffs.
It was going to cost at least $125 for a repair, and there was no gaurantee it would work since the poor thing was ancient.
So I did what any responisble girl would do…. I bought a new one, ha!
Well, I’ve been using that little puppy non-stop, and you know what? I’m a pretty decent sewer! First I made some bags from Evelyn Fields which turned out awesome and was a great starter project.  Then our Florida trip came up and I was DESPERATE for some new hoodies from Anthropologie, but my budget was like NOTHING. Seriously, the hoodies I wanted would have taken our entire trip spending $. That was a BIG NO.
So I got creative, thanks to inspiration from this blog. I dug out three old hoodies from my closet and with about $25 worth of material from Joann’s, I made these:

They turned out cute, I thought. And I guess I wasn’t the only one ’cause I got gobs of compliments in Florida and my nieces BEGGED me for their own. So I made them these for Christmas. If you can’t tell by the smiles, they couldn’t have been happier:
And then my sis-in-law, Brittony, brought me an old favorite hoodie she had and asked me if I could dress it up and it give it to her for Christmas. It came out like this {sorry bad pic, I know}. Again, huge hit:
And all this got me thinking.
As the world knows, Stockton has been the hardest hit in the economy bust, and our little fence company, where we get half of our income, has really suffered. We have been pinching pennies to get by…maybe these hoodies are a way for me to help contribute?
So I am toying with starting an Etsy shop. I came up with four designs- a spin off of the original ones I made. Let me clarify- I do NOT make the hoodies, just embellish them. Here they are:
The Rainbow
This one is just like the first Rainbow hoodie I made, but I used matte jersey instead of felt. I really liked the felt look much better, but it balled way too much, as you can see in the picture above {and this was after the fuzz buster}, so I felt matte jersey still has that fun look, but won’t lose it’s lustre so quickly. This hoodie is very simple, with the rainbow only, and nothing else on the hood or pockets.

The Hoot
This is the exact pattern I made for my nieces, based of my first try at it for the Flordia trip. Instead of the blue ruffle around the hood, I used eyelet, mainly because the blue ruffle was hard to find and very pricey. The eyes are gold/orange felt, the nose brown felt, and the backing for wings felt as well. The rest is jersey knit with button eyes. It’s a very simple hoodie and seems to be very popular with the teens. :)
The Whimsy
This one I came up when I found this awesome matte jersey knit material. I loved the colors together and I LOVE ruffles- very Anthro. It has brightly colored thread and a grograin ribbon as the tie for the hoodie.

The Brilla
Named after my sis in law, this was the exact design I made for her, but with a zip up. It has polka dot ruffles along the hood, with coordinating double pocket ruffles, and a felt and jersey flower. It is finished with brightly colored thread, this one is candy apple green.
I love all these designs and I have had so much fun making them. And I do have some more designs up my sleeve, and some for kids and men as well. But I do have some concerns about selling. The main ones are:
1. Cost. The hoodies cost around $20 to make, even if I use wholesale hoodies. My time put into them is at least an hour, sometimes two for the more involved ones, so they would cost at least $40. But that IS how much I would pay for a hoodie at Anthro and these are unique and homemade so maybe that makes it worth it?
2. Washing. Due to the fragile nature of the embellishments, they would have to be washed on cold cycle and hang dried. Not really a problem in my book, but maybe in others?
3. In Stock Only. I would not be able to do made to order. Since I will be making these during nap times and at night, I wouldn’t be able to gaurentee certain items. I would only offer what I have made and ready to go. Also, material is limited in some patterns, so I might have to change the materials up a bit, so again, it would be easier to offer only what I have.

4. Are they cute enough? {My insecurity kicking in here, ha!} Do I really have the time/energy to do this? {I know, I’m the only one able to answer this. :) }

HELP! and a giveaway…. :)
I am very interested to know what you think about all of this. Please leave a comment below with your thoughts, along with your name and email address, and as a thank you for your time, you will be entered into a drawing for your own custom hoodie. I have sizes XS – XXL in colors green, pink, black and a light grey {not the same grey as in the whimsy, it’s lighter}. I do not have every size in every color.
If you win, you pick your size/color combo and the design you want.
Color of material for embellishments might change some depending on the color of the hoodie you pick.
***If you live out of town, I will ship it to you, so out of towners are welcome to enter***

Well well!! I am so proud of you! I love the concept and beleive it will be a smash hit. The etsy store would be a great idea as you can list your exact inventory. The wash and hang dry wouldn't be a big deal for me (I hang dry most of my clothes and my daughters).
My favorite is "the whimsy". Love it!

Love, Love, Love this Idea… and they look great! For the 4 things you are worried about. 1. Cost… I would pay 40 for a hoddie like that! Thats around the price I pay for simpler ones! So worth it!
    2. The washing, Most things I have in my closet have to be washed special or hung to dry. It's the price in wearing cute things! Ha! 3.Stock Issue… That's usually how it works when we order things off e-bay or little boutiques that us e-bay. Don't think that would be a issue. 4. Girl, Cute enough?!? Are you kiddin! I'm crossing my fingers that I win it in the drawing! Ha Ha… but I want to order everyone of them NO JOKE! Love IT!

VERY CUTE! =) my fav is the green hoot with blue ruffles. hand washed or hung to dry is not a problem. i wouldn't buy a dry clean only hoodie though. =) i would pay $40 for one of those. i think you could probably charge $50 on etsy. good job amy! =) ~malia c.

Cute Amy- I really hope I win! :)

Cost- is reasonable, especially for homemade (and you know your friends.church fam would rather pay you than Anthro for such items)
HOWEVER the drying may be an issue- perhaps experiment with different stitching/fabrics so SOME designs can be laundered on auto-pilot. (which is how I do my clothes and have many ruined items to show for it! ask Jason!)
I agree with the etsy/stock issue…buy as is, special orders can be worked out with you and the buyer if the need arises.
Really, what is it going to hurt to try??

Amy! This is the cutest idea!! You constantly see custom accessories/clothing for babies & toddlers, but never for adults. As a matter of fact, I've been working on a little adult custom clothing myself. I definitely believe your items will be the latest fad in UPC & I can totally see it being sold in boutiques & such! I know people are going to love it! Good luck on your business launch! Kim Seibold songbirdkim@yahoo.com

    Kim Seibold says:

I forgot to include…..cost, I would totally pay $50 for this because it is unique & it is custom. The washing…most of my cutest clothes have to either be dry cleaned or washed with care & hung dry…not an issue for me & I highly doubt it will be an issue for others. I wouldnt worry about not being able to offer everything in ever size, color etc…however, as your business grows, I think you will be able to find a supplier at cost that can pretty much offer you what you need in all sizes, colors etc.

    Amy says:

@Sarah, thanks for becoming a follower and fbing it…you too Kim! :)

Anyway, Sarah, about the washing, I suppose you could wash it? I prewashed all the embellishments in cold as well as dried it, so I highly doubt it would run, I'm more afraid of shrinkage…but I'm pretty sure the embellishments could make it in the dryer, they are on there pretty good. hmmm got me thinking maybe I should try one?

whew..thanks Cheyenne on the price support. :)

    Amy says:

And oh yes, kids/toddler sizes…I am looking into wholesalers this week and hopefully they will have some good kids hoodies. I have been having the hardest time finding some plain kid hoodies that are worthy of embellishing. I too want Evy to have one! :)

ADORABLE!!! They are so unique and I saw something in someone's post about rather paying you than Anthropologie…AMEN!! All I can say is, I hope you make them for little girls too!! I really like the owl sweater. Washing would be my main concern, however I do hang dry though. I think getting started I would welcome ideas and then have set styles, otherwise customers can be REALLY demanding!! =)

The girls have been wearing theirs non-stop so I think they will be a big hit!! I think they are definitely worthy of $40-$50, but try to find some wholesale hoodies so you make more $$$! Washing is not a problem and ordering is definitely the way to go instead of made to order!! I'll try to post a link on my facebook – if I can figure out how! :) You don't have to put me in the drawing, although I would love one for my birthday!! Love you and I'll pray for big success – who knows maybe I'll have to come to work for you because we are broke!! :)

I am a penny pincher and so I cannot comment personally about the price, but I definitely have girlfriends that shop at Anthropology (I have to admit I have never been in the store! I know, I know. I'm not much of a shopper). Do you think their clothes could make me as cute as you? If so, I will go tomorrow! :o ) Fabulous. I am impressed by your CREATIVITY. Well, first of all, these are ADORABLE! You are very talented! Secondly, I am a long time user of Etsy and I love the site so much =) I think that all the people on there that make clothing of any kind always have on their page that there is only a limited amount of fabric, and so they may have to substitute the fabric. So I don't think that would be a big deal at all. I think that you would do well on Etsy with these hoodies, and $40 isn't bad at all…I have seen cloth purses on their for over $200!! So I think you should DEFINITELY start an Etsy shop. You should be so so proud of yourself Amy, this is awesome work and with two kids you are amazing. I cannot wait to see you on Etsy =0)

    Gayle says:

Wow. Such cute ideas. I love it. The one you made for Brittony is my favorite…casual elegance. I think the price is fair for the market. The only thing I would suggest, if someone wants a special design, you could charge $10 more. Otherwise you might cut out a big part of your marketing target. But I can certainly understand your concerns. You may have to improvise and adjust your sails as you go. You might do a "designer sweepstakes" and have people send you design ideas, too. That would give you lots of ideas to expand on. Blessings to you as you set sail!

OK my dear, I FBed you AND became a follower, although I thought I already was. I wasn’t so now it’s official…ooooo….two extra entries so that’s three total. Yay! Anyway, my FAVS; the last two. ADORABLE and I would totally wear them even here in Hawaii. These made me drool, they are so cute. So give me a minute to wipe my keyboard dry and I can leave further comments…
I’m back. Comments: 1. COST – $40 is reasonable although maybe to get started you could offer a discount, or have discounts throughout the year for holidays or something. Buy one, get one half off, etc. I think as you keep doing this, you’ll find other ways to do it more inexpensively on your end and therefore increase your profit. Find material/hoodies at discount places, sales, the closets of friends & families, thrift stores, even. I know here in Hawaii, Goodwill gets brand new clothing from local stores so you should check them out sometimes. But remember that people are willing to pay for neat things and like stuff on etsy, if people like it they will buy it. And YES people would rather buy from YOU than Anthro. Do like Jessica and make cute cards to include with each purchase. Maybe offer a discount for repeat business; this works to entice me back to ordering on sites and it would for you, too.
    2. WASHING – Most people with a brain know to carefully wash and hang dry special items. HELLO..??? Ha…Some of my cutest things, and Olivia’s cutest things, I don’t even machine wash anyway…I hand wash with gentle soap. If people really care for stuff they’ll follow the directions. Perhaps you can include laundry advice with each item. So if people mess up their item by harsh care of it, it’s not your fault.
    3. IN STOCK – remember that the neatest things, and the most sought after, are often the hardest to get. Exclusive items are HUGELY sought after…ha…uniqueness sells. People get that, especially boutique (etsy) shoppers.
    4. CUTE? – they are adorable. Remember my drool. And I know you have other cool ideas in mind and it will be awesome to see what else comes out of your head!
Sorry this is such a long comment but you know me. Just wanted to let you know my thoughts….love you!

    Kimberly J says:

DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!..you are worrying WAY too much!..hand washing is no big deal for people wanting to be different. Running out of material only means that someone else won't have the same hoodie as me and cute doesn't describe these in any sort of way. They are simply devine! Ok, now you know you going to have to make some in Mehgan and MaKayla's size…GO FOR THE GOLD! From one Anthro girl to the other. Much love!

  38. 38
    Kari says:

OH EM GEE!!!!! I LOVE your idea and creativity. Those hoodies are the cutest thing I've ever seen and I know a little store at etsy will be fabulous for you.

$40.00 is VERY reasonable imo especially for something unique and handmade. I think $55 would be better for you and still reasonable for those who are into buying OOAK items.

Anyone who loves nice things will be sure to wash cold and hang dry-I do all my own things that way as well as my kids besties. I only dry undies, jeans and towels…

Hmmmm let's see what else did you ask??? I don't remember but of course a free hoodie is a great way to get some feedback but I don't necessarily want you to have to go to the trouble….

omg my daughter was gooing and gawing over the owl one…she is 12 so maybe you should be sure to do tweenie sizes?

Oh…custom orders, yeah, that would be hard. Maybe once you got a clientele you wouldn't mind so much. But for now, since hoodie sizes are so basic I don't see why you should try to do customs-kinda a pain I think.

I sometimes offer customs only because kids sizes are so vast and I don't want to waste expensive fabrics, but hoodlies are gonna go fast regardless of their size I just feel it in my bones!!!

Good luck….happy creating, they are ADORABLE!

    Sillynelle says:

I totally love this idea :) The cost is definately reasonable and I think if people know up front that this will take some time to make then there should be no complaint. I think if you stock up that would definately help…Maybe take an inventory of the most popular design and keep a variety of sizes on hand and then of course if for some reason they do not move…a sale can of course solve that! Everyone keeps an eye out for a "different" type of look. This is going to be a hit!

Amy – I love this idea.

Monique & I are also a bi-vocational ministry couple. I'm "full-time" at the church, and Monique picks up a couple nursing shifts per week. But like you guys, our main focus is our family & ministry, so we've really learned the past 4 or 5 years to use our God-given creativity to bring in extra monthly income. Over the past 4 years, I've taken a hobby I'm passionate about – Graphic Design – and turned it into a major source of income, and a solid company that's growing every year. Monique also sells her fashion accessories at conferences and will also be launching an online store this year.

I said all that to say this – use your creativity! Don't worry about your concerns, just go for it. These hoodies are so COOL! There's no telling how far this could go for you.

You should also consider doing children's hoodies. Lord knows the McGovern's would keep you in business.

If you need anything don't hesitate to let us know. By the way, I want to purchase a hoodie ASAP for Monique. What's your email address?

I think you will have fewer headaches if you just sell what you have in stock (but maybe do one-of-a-kind items on request, for a much higher price. 4. They are all awesome!!

    Hi Amy,

I am writing from the upper midwest where I must admit, I don't see much design like yours. I am not sure if it's the CAli fashion… (which I have always thought to be almost 2 years ahead of us frozen oldies up here) or what…. I would say- if you have a market for them in your neck of the woods- why not try it out! And then perhaps you will start a trend that will float northward. Personally, I think the price is a bit high- but… you know… I paid about 200 for a dress from White House Black Market last month that I was in love with and just "had to have." So- there you have it- people will pay what you want for something they "can't live without!" See if there is a more off-the-cuff version you can sell to the Wal-Mart crowd out there… get the price closer to 40 or even 30 and you may do better sales. Boutique is wonderful, though.

Try it and see what happens.

Is there a way you can get wholesale materials even cheaper? I am sure you've researched this- but… there has to be a way to get the materials on the cheap. If I see any low cost stuff I will email you.

p.s. The Hoot would be my favorite- for me… less is more. Cute owl design!

Best wishes, by the way! Maybe we'll see one of your designs on Oprah's Favorite Things some day. Then you'll have to go into real business of your own. (wink)

I would also love to see them in sizes for babies as I would love to buy one for my little Lane. :) This sounds like a really exciting venture and one that would be a huge hit. I also love the anthro ruffle hoodies, but have never wanted to spend the $$$ on them. Most running close to $100.00. Okay Amy – what's up with not being creative???? These are absolutely adorable!!!! You are VERY creative!!!!

Price – this is what custom items like this sell for – so go for it!

Washing/Drying ??? I don't think that is a problem. Most all of my things are washed on the gentle cycle (sometimes the handwashable cycle) and then hung to dry. I have read several places that drying in the dryer is what is so hard on clothes.

I don't "tweet" so I guess I lose the extra entry there – but I've been following your blog since you first started! :D That should count for several extra entries. LOL

I love you and admire your resourcefulness! Blessings to you, my friend!

Ok, when I emailed you last night, there were only 4 little comments on this post…I open it up to sign on to comment this morning and HOLY COW! 57 Comments are showering you with love, love, love!

I guess you did get your answer! GO FOR IT!

    1. I agree with what almost everyone is saying ~ at Anthro, you will pay an arm and a small leg for one of these, and $40 is not asking to much in my opinion. If people like what they see, they will buy it.

    2. I have to admit that I am not the best at hang drying items, but I would make sure for something as cute as this that it didn't sneak its way into the dryer.

    3. As far as stock, start off with selling what you have and again, if someone is dying to have a special order, I am sure they are willing to spend extra money for your extra time that you will be spending to work on their special order.

    4. And cute enough? – Ummmmm, YES! Remember on that post where you left us hanging I said Lola and I both needed one! I love the Brilla design and the Whimsey the best! But probably Brilla is my #1! There is a HUGE market for babies/toddlers out there and I hope that you can find a whole seller out there with a decent sweatshirt to buy from. But, I also think that us mommies need to be taken care of as well!

I think that you are going to do just fine with these babies and I am not really sure you can turn back! You are going to feel swamped at the beginning, do what you can, don't sweat the small stuff, and when you are ready, reveal yourself to the etsy world!

Not that I didn't already want to "know you in person" this makes me want to "know" you even more! I love the blog world! Congratulations on your new accomplishment, thinking you are going to have some late nights ahead!

I have been a follower since the beginning and I am going to post about you right now with a link to your blog!

I think they are super cute. $40 is good for some – and high for others. It's hard to find the right price point sometimes…a cheaper price and you might sell a greater volume. Hard to say – start at $40 and see how well it goes.

The washing – common for handmade and not an issue in my book. You have to be careful with it because it's delicate. Not a problem.

Custom orders could be something you do and maybe they pay a bit of premium – like $10 additional to have it customized and only offer as many customs that you can do in a reasonable time – like 4 a month or whatever…

And they are cute…you'll never know if it will work until you try!

    Good luck!

I found your link on facebook from a friend (Leah) I love the owl hoodie with the blue trim and strings the best. I recommend you try to sell them! $40 is a steal and they are unique which I love. You can use weebly.com and make your own website to sell them from or even try to sell them on ebay and use face book to try and advertise for free to keep costs low. They are super cute. You could even try selling on consignment at a boutique ??? Maybe start with 6 designs and see where it goes from there… Good luck

Okay, I am out of my blog world for like a week . . . I come back to a super crafty Amy!! I love them all!! Etsy all the way, I would buy the Whimsy. The wash & hang dry is no problem here. . . most of my clothes I do that too anyway. LOVE them ALL!

    Nicole says:

The hoodies are adorable. I don;t think $40 is outrageous, and hang drying shouldn't be a big deal. Selling things can be hard. It is a lot of work, and the fun factor often leaves…..but it can also be a great way to pay for creative hobbies. I would just start small and see how it goes.

    Amy says:

Wow everyone, I really don't know what to say!! THANK YOU for all your support and encouraging words!

Honestly, I am kinda shocked by how much everyone likes them. You know when you make something, you think its cute, but don't really know for sure? Well, that's how I felt about these…ha.

Furthermore, when I posted this post, I was 50/50 about starting an etsy shop. But after this post, I'm getting pretty close to 100%! :) In less than 24 hrs I have had over 600 hits on this blog and this massive {at least massive for me!} amount of comments. That's not including the dozen or so emails that I have recieved and comments on my facebook page. So I guess people like them!

Please pray for me, if you can, as I really have no idea how to go about doing all of this. My biggest problem is the lack of hoodies to embellish. I don't know if I have mentioned it, but the ones I have are Target Mossimo brand and I have bought out every one I can find within a 40 mile radius of me.

So here are my thoughts, I am considering making a grouping of hoodies at a time {set of The Brilla's, for example, XS-XXL} and then offering them on my blog with a paypal link. That way I can build up a little $ to get some wholesale hoodies and an etsy shop up and running. I would probably start doing this by the end of the week. The price point would range from $40-$45.

What do you all think? Let me know your thoughts…

Thanks a million again, and please don't stop talking this up, I need all the support I can get! :)

    Amy,
What a great idea and fun way to relax! I love creative sewing.
The Rainbow with the felt is stunning. You could even use a zigzag stitch for the matte jersey, too. Have you thought of synthetic leather instead of felt?
My favorite is the green 'hoddie' with the navy ruffle…very classic. Also, the matte jersey flower on the Brilla was super. Denim trim and accessories would be adorable on a black 'hoddie.' (Sorry, my imagination is running wild!)
You definitely have great items for Etsy. You might also consider being a vendor at the Western District Ladies Conference in Sacramento in February. Don't forget, we are always looking for new vendors for our Ladies Advance in September! (You could even share a table with someone else.)
Sorry I'm not a 'Tweeter' or Facebook person. From one creative sewer to another…go for it!!!
    Love,

Well Gosh Golly- I say yes yes yes- Bring them on girl. Um- The cost is not too much. Nor is the wash and hang dry- I do this with 1/2 of my clothes anyway. Fave is the Whimsy. Love all of them. You go girl. What a creative and cute lady you are.

    Wowzer!

  71. 71
    Rachel Coltharp says:

Love love love the Whimsey! Hope you get more orders than you can fill.

#1. Cost – folks who love unique things are willing to pay for them.

#2. Anything we want to LIVE for very long we hand wash anyway

#3. As long as you can get them out in 2 weeks from the order you should not have anyone unhappy.

    4. They are DARLING.

  72. 72
    Stacey Miraflor says:

Totally adorable! My favorite is the "Whimsy." I agree with Kari that you should charge closer to $55 though. It would be interesting to see if Anthro would consider selling them in their stores? This of course would be impossible without a factory for you! LOL Hey, you never know! Your good girl! My guess is that these would sell like hotcakes at $50-60 at Youth Congress or Youth Convention! Love ya!

I just got back in town so I'm sorry this is so late. I'll just go down your list like some people did to make it easy. #1 Price is spot on, check your competition regularly. You can even charge more for extra special embellishments ie. vintage buttons and lace you can get at thrift or rummage sales. #2 Washing not a problem usually but you should include a tag that says so. #3 In stock only is fine. You will start noticing sizing and color trends so your stock can keep moving. Just be very upfront and honest about it and you should be fine. #4 The best part…. I can't wait until I'm not pregnant to get one! My favorite style is The Whimsy with The Brilla at a very close second. I'm sure she is thrilled to have it named after her too ;) You are Truly talented Amy my first sewing projects were/are disasters. So I say go for it! I love you, let me know if you need any more help. Love, Bryony

My comment falls in the "better late than never" category. :)
Now that you already have all of the valuable input from your other 78 comments, I will simply add that these are by far the most adorable hoodies that I have ever seen. The 'stock items only', 'laundering' and 'are they cute enough?' concerns are NOT a problem at all in my opinion. And, they should definitely be priced more in the $50+ range – as long as the sweatshirt material is soft & comfy.
    Good luck & best wishes!

    Hey Amy
I love the idea. I think $40 would be a great price. Also, if your potential buyers are like me, I would much rather buy something like that from a small company/boutique/cousin than from Anthro. What an awesome idea! I pray that the Lord will bless your "offerings" As for the "will they sell" question ~ I think so! They are cute. I don't think that the price is too high. The washing/drying is a given when you purchase items of "delicate" nature… lol. I think the "in stock" only is a good idea, so that you don't get bogged down with special orders that you stress out to try & fill!…

They are absolutely adorable Amy! I knew as soon as I saw your Christmas post what was coming and I was super excited for it! My favorite is definitely the one you made for yourself with the owl and blue ruffles, I desperately want that one! It would end up in constant rotation in my wardrobe! I also love the one with the hearts, toooo cute! As for the four base designs, the owl and the one with all the ruffles (the whimsy) are my top two, though they are all amazing! If I were to make any suggestions, the first thing I would say is to set up a post before you start sewing each batch-and ask people to comment with what they what sizes/colors they are hoping for to get an idea of what's going to be the most popular as far as color/design/size. That way, if you audience is mostly a medium size audience, you would know to make a few more in those sizes then in others. Start with predetermined styles but maybe also offer a custom option for a much higher price, say $70-$80 versus $40-$50 for the predetermined designs.

The price is good for something this cute, definitely worth it. Not a problem with the washing requirements either, I would just make sure you note it when you sell them (you probably know that already). Not a problem with only in stock orders either. Although I do believe you might have a hard time keeping up you orders. They are just that cute. Are they cute enough….my word yes. I want one!!! Have you considered taking them to market to see if a retailer or vendor would pick them up. Just a thought! What ever you decide to do I hope all goes well for you.
