My kids are grown up but now I care for their kids. I do with the gr.kids what I did with my own. The minute they start fighting, I head for the front door, quietly shut it and sit on the step until they come find me. It is no fun to fight/argue without an audience. works EVERYTIME. I’m spared the racket and quickly puts an end to their silliness. Try it! :-)

If they didn’t fight think of all the adorable pictures you would miss and so would I —– :(

Thankfully, my kids get along great. They are best friends and each others favorite playmate. They have their moments of arguing and taking things from each other, etc. but overall, they do well together. Are your kids always together? Or do they get playtime alone each day too? Just a thought, but if they are constantly together during play time, maybe splitting them up part of it would help. Hope it gets better for you! I’m sure they’ll grow up as best friends! :)

My older 2 who are 17 months apart go through times of absolutely loving each other and then times of not so much love. When they fight I make them have a “love-in”. They have to sit with there knees touching, holding hands. The longer the fuss goes on the longer they sit like that. When no one is complaining they each must apologize and say 3 nice things about the other. Then they each have to say something they would like to do with the other when they are allowed up. Works like a charm :)
